Another important expansion of CCA was in the Portland-Metropolitan area, which also encompasses Vancouver, Washington. "This region, the 23rd largest in the nation, has an exceptionally high quality of life. CCA was created by CEO and co-founder Marc Lilly after experiencing challenges finding appropriate long term care for his mother and grandmother. During his thirty-year career Mr. Lilly has specialized in the creation and successful management of novel healthcare-based businesses.
