Company Experiences Dramatic Growth in 2011

(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/17/12 -- Concierge Care Advisors established a comprehensive presence in the Fourth Quarter of 2011 and executed a growth plan into Eastern Washington, Idaho and Oregon. The privately-held company closed out its first full year of operations with dramatic increase in markets and hiring. The company exceeded all 2010 expectations as demand for its high-quality services attracted clients throughout the Northwest. The agency helps individuals and families identify the best senior living options, including retirement housing and assisted living, in-home care and other senior living solutions, based on each individual's unique circumstance.

"We established CCA in Seattle in the fourth quarter of 2010 with a great business plan," said CEO Marc Lilly. "That plan included structured, careful growth that would ensure we could maintain the quality difference that makes CCA so unique in our market. Now, a little over a year later, we have expanded more than exponentially with well-trained, credentialed Senior Advisors spread across the State of Washington, including the Tri-Cities (Richland, Kennewick and Pasco), Vancouver and Spokane, as well as in Boise, Idaho and Portland, Oregon. We have significant interest up and down the Pacific Coast, and across the country, that assures us a solid future. We implemented against our early plan and then carefully expanded to achieve our goal of representation in every major market in the Pacific Northwest. Leveraging this solid footprint sets the stage for our national roll-out."

"The Greater Spokane area, in particular, is underserved," Mr. Lilly continued. "It is important to remember Spokane's historical significance as the center of commerce and numerous industries. Health care is one of those areas where Spokane attracts people from throughout the Inland Empire, including the Idaho Panhandle and Western Montana. When CCA entered the Spokane market, it was to provide an improved level of service not previously available to these important citizens."

Another important expansion of CCA was in the Portland-Metropolitan area, which also encompasses Vancouver, Washington. "Portland's significance as a medical research and training center is coupled with Oregon's pioneering ways in health care," Mr. Lilly noted. "This region, the 23rd largest in the nation, has an exceptionally high quality of life. That high quality was recently improved by adding CCAs hands-on, white-glove Senior Advisors in this region to help families seeking appropriate senior living options.

"Our entry into Boise, Idaho was also well-timed," said Mr. Lilly. "The Greater Boise Metropolitan area population has nearly doubled in twenty years. And, as Gov. Butch Otter notes, health care is expected to grow by 21% in the coming years. This changing dynamic creates strong demand for our services in a state that likes to partner with the private sector to seek high-quality solutions. CCA will be a factor in this growth by providing exceptional customer service without self-dealing that characterizes much of the long term care industry."

CCA was created by CEO and co-founder Marc Lilly after experiencing challenges finding appropriate long term care for his mother and grandmother. During his thirty-year career Mr. Lilly has specialized in the creation and successful management of novel healthcare-based businesses. Marc started his healthcare career as a respiratory therapist, but quickly became a serial entrepreneur who created more than a dozen successful companies in the health care space. He also held management positions with companies like drugstore.com, Allscripts Healthcare Solutions and most recently founder and CEO of Zynchros, Inc. His familiarity with the diverse aspects of the US Healthcare system, its stakeholders and emerging technologies make him uniquely qualified to successfully lead the CCA business model.

Co-founder and Executive Vice President Mary Cordova was an industry insider who was not satisfied by the quality and dedication of other companies in the elder placement and referral industry. "We wanted to ensure that we were personally screening long term care providers and facilities for seniors and their families," said Ms. Cordova. "We wanted to put the safety and security of our clients foremost, and believed that we had to lead the industry by setting the most rigorous standards, including an intensive training program."

"This is an industry that needed more professionalism and higher standards," Mr. Lilly said. "A survey of the competition showed mostly individuals and small mom-and-pop companies operating without any guidelines, background checks, training or credentials. As an indicator of our strident customer service and business principles, CCA was used as the 'best practices' model in the development of the first-in-the-nation legislation passed by the Washington State Legislature last Spring."

CCA strives to elevate the senior care and housing referral services industry through personalized attention and self-regulation. While not the first, nor the largest, in the field, CCA offers credentialed, trained and thoroughly background-checked care advisors who work towards the best outcomes, not the most numerous. Headquartered in Seattle, the agency helps individuals and families identify the best senior housing, assisted living, in-home care and other senior living solutions, based on each individual's unique circumstance. CCA adopts an approach that prioritizes safety and security of seniors above profit and volume.

Each Concierge Care Advisor is HIPAA and CCA certified and is among the Northwest's best. The company's advisors personally vet, visit and prequalify every recommended community.
