Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley will address more than 150 technology and biotechnology leaders from across Maryland, and members of Maryland's General Assembly at the TCM'S Annual Leadership Dinner. The Governor will preview his legislative agenda, provide an overview on Maryland's economy and address his Administration's tech-led economic development initiatives, including efforts to make Maryland the epicenter for cybersecurity and investments in biotechnology relating to the Bio2020 initiative.
