Sales Surge in Parkland's Heron Bay With 65 New Homes Sold During 2011
Construction Is Underway for 35 New Homes
(firmenpresse) - BONITA SPRINGS, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 01/12/12 -- WCI Communities closed the year with the sale of 65 new homes in Parkland's Heron Bay, meeting the company's aggressive residential sales projections. WCI began sales of its 196 new homes in May 2011. More than two thirds of the homesites released (65 out of 98) have been sold with new homesites opening; construction is underway on 35 of the homes.
"December, traditionally a quiet month in real estate, was our second busiest since May when we launched sales in Heron Bay," said Douglas L. Schwartz, Senior Vice President of WCI Communities. "We are on target with our goals and numerous factors are driving the sales: historically low interest rates, Heron Bay's resort-like amenities, and superior home design, along with one of the nation's top school districts."
