Jerry Costello, D-Belleville, on January 5, 2012, for his 23 years of service to the Metro-East, as well as his dedication to supporting wheelchair users and the disability community. The ceremony took place at 3 p.m. at The ROHO Group's headquarters at 1501 South 74th Street in Belleville, Ill.
