Audyssey Premium Television to Debut With Toshiba This Year

Premium Television promises to be the most advanced suite of technologies for audio correction in the industry. Toshiba will demo this new audio technology in its booth during CES 2012 (LVCC Central Hall Booth #11026).

Premium Television offers solutions to the acoustical limitations of modern flat-screen televisions. As the screens have gotten thinner and flatter, the speakers have gotten smaller. Now, most in-unit audio systems are hidden by the enclosure and covered. Audyssey EQ, the foundation of Premium Television, overcomes the limitations and the effects of resonances and reflections with its advanced algorithms.
Premium Television also uses for dramatically deeper bass performance and to tame commercials and other wild swings in volume for more consistent sound and a better listening experience.
