(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 01/10/12 -- sourcevolution, an information technology (IT) consulting firm, has announced that it has obtained $3 million in funding from Capital regional et cooperatif Desjardins and the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec. sourcevolution is one of a group of 15 Quebec companies selected through a partnership between the Caisse and Desjardins, for their growth potential and their outstanding performance in their respective industries. The companies will share a total of $15.5 million.
This funding will directly contribute to the marketing of freedomone™, a mobile communication platform and flagship product of the new company freedomone mobile, created by sourcevolution. Over three years of research and development and an investment of several million dollars have been devoted to the creation of this innovative solution which will help organizations enter the era of mobility efficiently, sustainably and profitably. Funding provided by Desjardins and the Caisse de depot et placement du Quebec will provide additional support for marketing freedomone™ in various target markets.
