GC-Global Capital Corp. Announces Private Placement Financing
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/09/12 -- GC-Global Capital Corp. ("Global Capital") (TSX VENTURE: GDE.A) announces today that it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval of a non-brokered private placement of 1,333,332 subordinate voting shares at a price of $0.30 per share for total gross proceeds of $400,000. The proceeds of the financing will be used for general working capital purposes. The subordinate voting shares issued will be subject to a four-month hold period.
