Van Drivers Are Singing the Blues Away Says Swinton
(firmenpresse) - MANCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 01/08/12 -- Queen's Don't Stop Me Now and Rihanna's Only Girl in the World have been voted in a recent poll by UK van drivers as 'songs to shake off the January blues'.
A recent survey commissioned by Swinton Commercial, the UK's leading high street retailer of , has revealed the nations favourite 'happy' driving songs that helps them to 'shake off' the January blues based on results from 1,000 van drivers.
The results from the survey found that a staggering 64% of van drivers voted for the classic Queen song Don't Stop Me Now with more than half who voted knowing all of the lyrics.
Second place saw Phil Collins Easy Lover followed by Meat Loaf's Bat out of Hell and Kings Of Leon Sex on Fire.
Rihanna's Only Girl in the World was also voted for with 35% admitting to turning up the volume and singing along when the song is played.
According to the survey the 'happiest' songs are:
