Swinton Bikes Sees Soar in Quotes Over the Festive Period
(firmenpresse) - MANCHESTER, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 01/08/12 -- Some lucky motorcyclists woke up to a brand new motorbike on Christmas morning according to research from Swinton Bikes.
The retailer more than doubled the number of bike insurance policies it sold over the festive period compared to the previous year, with a number of them being sold on Christmas Day.
Some motorcyclists would have got an upgraded model while others received their very first bike.
Swinton Bikes is offering some useful tips for bikers taking their new bike out for the very first time.
Anthony Aronin, Head of Swinton Bikes said, "Receiving a motorcycle on Christmas day is the ultimate present for bike enthusiasts. However, it is essential that first time riders remain calm and not get over excited on that first ride out, the last thing they want is expensive claim."
