HCI Announces Acquisition of TDS (Formerly Known as Tuthill Drive Systems)

As part of this acquisition, TDS will remain a stand-alone business allowing for manufacturing, engineering and customer service to be managed and operated locally.
Globally recognized products of TDS including the legendary Mud Hog hydraulic assist drive axle, which has served the agriculture industry for the past 35 years, along with EZ Trac (Ranked #1 2011 Innovative Product by OEM Off Highway), Bale Direct and StalkHog will continue to be the trademarks of their business.
The team at HCI became interested in working with TDS because of the long standing history of quality, integrity and innovation to the global customers and markets served by TDS.
