(firmenpresse) - ATLANTA, GA -- (Marketwire) -- 01/06/12 -- Holzer Holzer & Fistel, LLC announces that it has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of purchasers of Camelot Information Systems, Inc. ("Camelot" or the "Company") (NYSE: CIS) common stock who purchased shares between July 21, 2010 and August 17, 2011, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that Camelot knew but failed to disclose that attrition of its employees was having a negative impact on the Company's ability to attract new customers. Further, the lawsuit alleges Camelot knew but failed to disclose that its contract with its most important customer, IBM, would not be renewed on the same terms.
