GC-Global Capital Corp. Announces an Amendment to Its Normal Course Issuer Bid
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 01/03/12 -- GC-Global Capital Corp. ("Global Capital") (TSX VENTURE: GDE.A) announces today that all future purchases pursuant to the normal course issuer bid announced on March 29, 2011 will be made by Canaccord Financial. The shares will be purchased in the open market through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange. The bid commenced on April 3, 2011 and expires on April 2, 2012.
