Park Lawn Corporation Announces Amendment to Agreement to Acquire Services Memorables Harmonia Inc. and Closing of the Transaction
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/28/11 -- Park Lawn Corporation ("Park Lawn") (TSX VENTURE: PLC) announces that it has signed an Amendment to the Share Purchase Agreement to acquire all the shares of Services Memorables Harmonia Inc. that was announced on December 15, 2011. The maximum dollar value of common shares of Park Lawn that can be issued on conversion of the Promissory Notes and the exercise of the Rights is respectively $1,473,430 and $2,028,634 for a maximum total of $3,502,064. The issuance of shares will be subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The transaction was completed on December 22, 2011.
