Z3 Enterprises Files 3rd Quarter 10Q; Regains OTCQB and SEC Current Reporting Status

Z3 will now begin the process to change its name to HPEV, Inc. and request a stock symbol of "HPEV", consistent with the recent reverse merger completed in the second quarter-2011. Z3 will change the name of its wholly-owned subsidiary to HPEV Holdings, Inc. The process is expected to be completed in January of 2012.
