Long Harbour Closes Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/22/11 -- Long Harbour Exploration Corp. (TSX VENTURE: LHC) reports that the non-brokered private placement announced in its news release of December 6th, 2011 has closed raising gross proceeds of $50,000 by the issuance of 400,000 units.
Peter Espig, CEO of the company, is the single placee of this private placement.
A hold period applies to all of the securities issued in the private placement, expiring on April 22, 2012.
