CNSX: 2011-1210-Manuweb Software Systems Inc. Name Change/Consolidation
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/20/11 -- Manuweb Software Systems Inc. has announced a name change to VisualVault Corporation and a consolidation of its common shares on a basis of one (1) new common share of VisualVault for seven (7) pre-consolidated share of Manuweb. VisualVault will not issue any fractional Common Shares as a result of the consolidation. Instead, all fractional shares equal or greater to one-half resulting from the consolidation will be rounded to the next whole number.
The common shares of the Company will begin trading under its new name and on a consolidated basis on December 21, 2011 under the trading symbol "VVT".
CNSX Dealers should be aware that open orders on "AIV" will not be transferred to "VVT", and dealers are also reminded to re-enter their orders on "VVT" taking into account the share consolidation.
