"While it was unfortunate that Global Health Voyager prematurely announced a relationship, the fact remains that the shareholders of PlanetHospital were never compensated, the contracts were not properly vetted, and the vision that Global Health Voyager had for PlanetHospital did not sit well with me personally," said Rudy Rupak.
