Goodfellow Inc. Announces Changes to its Board of Directors
(firmenpresse) - DELSON, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 12/16/11 -- The Board of Directors of Goodfellow Inc. (TSX: GDL) announced today that Mr. Andre Julien has decided not to submit his candidacy as a member of the Board of Directors of Goodfellow Inc. for personal reasons. Mr. Julien was a Director since 1999 and his contributions were very much appreciated.
The Board of Directors announced the election of Mr. Normand Morin as a Director of Goodfellow Inc. at its Annual Meeting of Shareholders today. Mr. Morin will replace Mr. Julien as a member of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee effective December 16, 2011.
Goodfellow's shares are traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (ticker symbol: GDL).
