Premium Brands Holdings Corporation Announces December 2011 Dividend
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/15/11 -- Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (TSX: PBH) announced today a cash dividend of $0.294 per share for the quarter ending December 31, 2011. Unless indicated otherwise in writing at or before the time the dividend is paid, each dividend paid by the Company in 2011 or a subsequent year is an eligible dividend for the purposes of the Enhanced Dividend Tax Credit System.
The dividend will be made to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2011 and will be payable on January 16, 2012.
