Proofpoint, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
(firmenpresse) - SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/14/11 -- Proofpoint Inc., a pioneering provider of cloud-based security and compliance solutions for enterprise messaging and collaboration, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be sold and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
Credit Suisse Securities USA (LLC) and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will act as lead joint book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Pacific Crest Securities LLC and First Analysis Securities Corporation will act as co-managers.
A registration statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, but has not yet become effective.
