(OTCBB: LUXD) (OTCQB: LUXD) announced today that it has engaged SJK Financial Consulting ("SJK Financial") to advise the Company on strategic opportunities including prospective mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations and to assist the Company in appraising and valuing certain affiliate assets.
LUXD is comprised of several motion picture development, production, financing and distribution brands which create and market high concept digital content through various media outlets worldwide.
"Lux has been actively exploring ways in which to more rapidly expand and grow our business and we have brought Stephen Kern and SJK Financial aboard to work with us in identifying and evaluating prospective acquisitions and mergers and to help us focus our business strategies," said Ingo Jucht, CEO of LUXD.
