Quarterly consolidated highlights of Q1 for the period ending 10/31/2011:
Gross Income: $468,000
Gross Profit: $333,929
Consolidated EBITDA loss for the quarter ended October 31, 2011 of $32,251.
Andiamo Corporation currently operates two subsidiaries: Action App Corporation, which accounted for EBITDA profits of $59,515 and Title Consulting Services, Inc., which accounted for an EBITDA loss of $91,766.
Title Consulting Services, Inc. is currently under a Letter of Intent for divestment and is scheduled to divest on 12/31/2011.
