Ace Ticket Acquires Out of Town Ticket Agency
(firmenpresse) - BOSTON, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/12/11 -- On December 12th, 2011, Ace Ticket, Inc. () acquired Cambridge-based Out Of Town Ticket Agency. This marks the 12th acquisition in 10 years for CEO James Holzman.

Out Of Town Ticket Agency was founded in 1955 by Sheldon Cohen. Cohen founded Out Of Town News, now a historical landmark located in Harvard Square's most recognized building, the kiosk in the heart of the Square. While in the publication business, Cohen began his career in the ticket industry by founding the company Out Of Town Ticket Agency as well as Sports Charge, one of the first primary ticketing systems that reinvented the ticket buying experience. "...[James Holzman] is constantly growing his business. I have had a successful career and I can't think of anyone better to take over," said Cohen.
