League Now Holdings Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Infiniti Systems Group
(firmenpresse) - PLANO, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 12/09/11 -- League Now Holdings Corp (OTCBB: LNWZ) announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire Infiniti Systems Group, an information technology services firm. Infiniti is an award winning company that focuses on providing businesses with IT Security, Software Application development, IT Staffing/Recruiting and Managed Services. Audited Sales of Infiniti exceed $3.7 million annually and the Company is a registered Federal Government contractor, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, a McAfee Security Alliance Elite Partner, and is a preferred channel partner for a number of other nationally recognized IT and security vendors.
League Now's Chief Executive Officer, Mario Barton, noted, "Infiniti has been providing IT solutions to corporate clients since 1994 and it has achieved 100% project delivery success for our clients." The letter of intent signed by League Now and Infiniti contains binding provisions. The parties are working to complete a definitive purchase agreement and a closing of the transaction on or before December 31, 2011 and effective as of January 1, 2012. The Parties anticipate that all regulatory and accounting requirements will be satisfied on or before December 31, 2011.
