Michele Crociani from Indel B wins TOPHOTELPROJECTS feedback contest

Positive assessment and constructive criticism provided by professional users: As part of a worldwide survey issued by TOPHOTELPROJECTS, the leading market research company for global hotel construction and development projects (www.tophotelprojects.com), plenty of interesting and inspiring comments and ideas were expressed. The participants visiting the website have submitted hundreds of appraisals and suggestions. All transmittals took part in a raffle to win a new iPad2. As promised the winner Michele Crociani, Product Manager at Indel B (www.indelb.com), has now been awarded the prize.
"Besides the positive comments for our web relaunch we also took note of all those innovative remarks given to us, some which have already been processed, such as the now active FAQ section", reports Christian Berke, International Sales Manager at TOPHOTELPROJECTS, during the presentation of the valuable prize to the lucky winner at the SIA Guest trade show in Rimini (Italy).
"We were really surprised about the vast number of feedback comments, but it clearly shows that our subscribers profoundly deal with our permanent research service and respective online tools", says Berke. "The professional and user friendly handling of our tools is of prime importance to us. Many of our longtime clients are actively involved in the development of TOPHOTELPROJECTS. We will now implement several of the ideas that have been expressed during the feedback competition".
TOPHOTELPROJECTS regularly asks its users to assess and provide their feedback to enhance the database usability, enlarge the project information as well as innovative features and tools. The suggestions are incorporated into the product management process and are taken into account for future website or database product relaunches.
