Brazos Brick Holdings Limited: Early Warning Report
(firmenpresse) - BRAMPTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 12/08/11 -- On December 6, 2011, Brazos Brick Holdings Limited ("Brazos") purchased 180,123 Class A Subordinate Voting Shares of Brampton Brick Limited ("Brampton Brick") for an aggregate purchase price of $540,369, representing approximately 2.0% of the issued and outstanding Subordinate voting Shares of Brampton Brick. The 180,123 Subordinate Voting Shares were acquired by Brazos from Beva Holdings Inc. by way of private agreement in an off-exchange trade. As a result of the acquisition, Brazos now holds 1,529,743 Subordinate Voting Shares of Brampton Brick representing approximately 16.6% of the issued and outstanding Subordinate Voting Shares of Brampton, as of the date hereof, on a non-diluted basis.
An Early Warning Report respecting this acquisition has been filed on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Review ("SEDAR") and can be viewed at .
Brazos acquired the shares referred to above for investment purposes only. The investments will be reviewed on a continual basis, and Brazos' holdings may be increased or decreased in the future, depending upon economic or market conditions or matters relating to Brampton Brick.
