New Sixteen-Channel Analog Switch From Supertex Provides Efficient Control of High Voltage Signals
HV2733 Reduces Signal Attenuation Through Low Parasitic Capacitance
(firmenpresse) - SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 12/08/11 -- Supertex (NASDAQ: SUPX), a recognized leader in high voltage analog and mixed signal integrated circuits (ICs), today introduced HV2733, a sixteen-channel, high voltage, analog switch with integrated bleed resistors. It is well-suited for applications where low voltage signals control high voltage switching, such as in medical ultrasound imaging, metal flaw detection through non-destructive testing (NDT), optical MEMS modules, and piezoelectric transducers.
The outputs of HV2733 are configured as single pole, double throw, analog switches that feature low typical on-resistance of 18 ohms under typical operating conditions. This low switch resistance minimizes signal attenuation in the receive mode and provides two ampere current capability in the transmit mode.
