(PINKSHEETS: BGBV) Blue Gold Beverages commercial grade thermoplastic polymer reclamation project in Greenwood, South Carolina is progressing on schedule. Blue Gold Beverages operations team on-site in South Carolina is executing a grid pattern of excavation on the approximately 5 acre site in order to maximize efficiency. The 20,000 to 30,000 metric tons of thermoplastic polymers is buried at a very shallow 3-foot depth, which allows for easy extraction.
The thermoplastic polymers being extracted from the landfill site is consistent with commercial grade type 66 nylon waste, originating from Solutia Inc., a global, market-leading performance materials and specialty chemicals manufacturing company, with its headquarters based in St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
