("NET") (NASDAQ: NWK) announced today that Talbot Harty, Vice President and Chief Development Officer, has resigned to pursue a new entrepreneurial venture. Harty joined the company in 2003 and became head of the research and development organization in 2005. His resignation will be effective December 16, 2011.

"Talbot has contributed to NET's leadership team for the past eight years, working broadly across the organization to help deliver a long-term strategy for the company, culminating in the development of the UX Series," said C. Nicolas Keating, NET's Chief Executive Officer. "We wish him well in his future endeavors."

"Now that the latest UX Series product, the UX1000, is approaching its official product launch and has moved from development to manufacturing, I've completed what I set out to accomplish at NET, and it is a good time for me to move on to my next adventure," said Harty.
