("IntraLinks" or the "Company") (NYSE: IL) common stock who purchased shares between February 17, 2011 and November 10, 2011, inclusive (the "Class Period"). The lawsuit alleges, among other things, that IntraLinks failed to timely disclose a significant slowdown in the Company's Enterprise business segment.
