Now, if customers with video streaming capabilities -- via smartphones, tablets or webcams -- call IHS for support, representatives can set up a live, video chat. This enables IHS' technicians to see what the customer sees so they can quickly troubleshoot and diagnose any problems, and then either walk the customer step-by-step through a simple fix, or offer recommendations on next steps.
