TransGaming Announces Extension of Warrants
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/30/11 -- TransGaming Inc. (TSX VENTURE: TNG) ("TransGaming" or the "Company") today announced that it has chosen to extend the expiry date of certain warrants issued on December 23, 2009, originally expiring on December 23, 2011. The extension of the warrants was subject to warrant holders agreeing by written resolution to the Company's proposed extension of the expiry date by twelve months, with a new expiry date of December 23, 2012.
By extraordinary resolution requiring approval of 66 2/3% of warrant holders, the expiry date of the warrants was extended, as proposed, by twelve months to December 23, 2012. 6,365,887 warrants with an exercise price of $1.00 are affected. The exercise price of the warrants remains unchanged and the amendment remains subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
