"This is a substantial and diverse group of properties, with very low listed minimum bids, so investors will have opportunities for some excellent prices," said Jim Woltz, president of the auction company. "For example, a supermarket in Graham, N.C. that was valued at more than $858,000 will have a minimum bid of $299,000." The supermarket is located at 602 W. Elm Street, Graham.
Another featured property will be a 5.82-acre industrial/office complex in Danville, Va. The property has two main buildings with 22,000 square feet of warehouse space and 1,875 square feet of office space. "This property is just off the U.S. 29/Danville Expressway and is zoned for light economic development," said Woltz.
