H2O Innovation to Release 2012 Q1 Financial Results and Hold Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on December 7, 2011

("H2O Innovation" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: HEO)(ALTERNEXT: MNEMO:ALHEO) announces that it will release its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal 2012 on Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at approximately 7 a.m. (Eastern Time). H2O Innovation also announces that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on the same day, December 7, at 10 a.m. (Eastern Time) at Le Cercle, 228 rue St-Joseph Est, Quebec City (Quebec), Canada.
Philippe Gervais, Chairman of the Board, and Frederic Dugre, President and Chief Executive Officer, are pleased to invite shareholders and all other interested parties to attend the meeting, during which they will review the results of fiscal 2011, comment the results of the first quarter of fiscal 2012 and provide an update on the Company's long term growth strategy.
