Terrace Energy Corp.: Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/25/11 -- Terrace Energy Corp. (TSX VENTURE: TZR) (the "Company") announces the appointment of Scott Davis CGA, as the Company's new Chief Financial Officer effective immediately. Mr. Davis is a partner of Cross Davis & Company LLP Certified General Accountants, a firm focused on providing accounting and management services for publicly-listed companies.
The Company also announces that the directors of the Company have granted incentive options under the Company's Stock Option Plan to Mr. Davis entitling him to purchase up to 100,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at the price of $0.53 per share within five years after the date hereof, subject to the vesting of 20% of the options on the date of grant and 20% every six months thereafter.
The Company thanks Ms. Jennie Choboter for her past service as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and wishes her all the best in her future endeavours.
