(OTCBB: LMCO) (FRANKFURT: LL9L) , winner of the 2010 X-Prize using 21st Century Design & Engineering of emission-free, all electric high speed long range automotive propulsion systems using the latest lithium-ion battery technology, is pleased to announce that Li-ion Motors Corp and a USA based Israeli company have reached an option agreement to sell 10% of the issued and outstanding shares of Li-ion Motors Corp for $2,150,000.
The company is also able to announce that it is at final stages of a multi-million dollar order to send vehicles to Israel. A formal Press Release will be made as soon as the agreement is finalized.
