Larry Flynt Offers $10,000 Reward for Information Leading to the Arrest and Conviction of Hit and Run Driver
(firmenpresse) - BEVERLY HILLS, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/23/11 -- At approximately 5:00 AM PT on the morning of November 21, 2011, Larry Hughes, a long-time employee of Larry Flynt Productions, was run down by a driver who sped away from the scene. Larry Flynt is offering a reward of $10,000 to anyone who can provide information which leads to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for this crime.
"It is unconscionable that a human being could strike a man down and simply drive away," said Flynt. "Larry Hughes was a good man and valuable employee. We are committed to helping to find the person responsible and seeing that he or she is brought to justice."
Hughes was walking southbound on Normandie Avenue at Exposition Boulevard when a driver in a white Ford Mustang with tinted windows made a right turn onto Exposition Boulevard from Normandie Avenue and collided with Hughes. The driver of the Mustang did not stop to help Hughes and continued down Exposition Boulevard. The impact left Hughes severely injured and incapacitated in the street. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died of his injuries.
