(TSX VENTURE: ZNN) (the "Company") has been requested by the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC) to comment on the recent increased trading activity in the Company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company is not aware of any material change in its business or affairs that has not been announced that would account for the recent increase in volume or price. Our strategic partners continue to solely control the release of information regarding the progress and timelines of their development efforts and the Company is not able to comment on specific developments of our strategic partners unless such developments are made public by our strategic partners or they advise us of such developments and consent to such disclosure.
