Media Advisory: Technology Demonstration to Showcase Leading-Edge Fuel Cell Capabilities on Board Static Boeing 737 Aircraft
(firmenpresse) - RICHMOND, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/21/11 -- The National Research Council of Canada will demonstrate how it designed and engineered a leading-edge system for Boeing Commercial Airplanes to allow safe and reliable operation of fuel cells on airplanes, addressing rigorous safety requirements. As part of the test, coffee will be brewed on board using power generated by the fuel cells.
Media representatives and other invited guests will view the test on board a static Boeing 737-200 aircraft. Media representatives are invited to shoot stills and video footage of the fuel cell system.
