Dry Ingredient Blending Leader PacMoore Completes BRC Audit and Achieves "A" Rating for Both Indiana-Based External Manufacturing Plants

Both PacMoore facilities in Indiana met the requirements of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, achieving an "A" rating ensuring safe, quality processes and products.

An "A" rating is the best possible rating issued by the BRC, and certifies that PacMoore successfully conforms with standards and requirements regarding equipment safety, record keeping, security, chemical control, personal protective equipment and more.
In addition to BRC certification, PacMoore also holds several food handling certifications that approve its plants to process specific food ingredients, including kosher, grade A dairy, organic, gluten-free and halal products. Included in PacMoore's wide range of services are dry ingredient blending, sifting, and bulk loading and unloading.
