Versatile Announces Results of Annual General Meeting
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/17/11 -- Versatile Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE: VV)(AIM: VVS) today announces the results of its annual general meeting, which was held earlier today.
The shareholders elected John Hardy, Alessandro Benedetti, Malcolm Clay, Fraser Atkinson, Kais Laouiti and Bertrand des Pallieres as directors of the Company.
The shareholders also approved the stock option plan and appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's auditors for the ensuing fiscal year.
At the Meeting, the resolution approving the AIM Delisting was approved by 99.6% of the votes cast by Shareholders present in person or represented by proxy. It is expected that cancellation of the admission of the Common Shares to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange will be at 7AM (London time) on January 3, 2012 so December 30, 2011 will be the last day of trading on AIM.
