"Mr. Mott found and acquired this property after selling his farm in California. At the time, there were only four houses there, so he saw a lot of changes, but the views were always gorgeous, and they still are today," said Chuck Yarbro Jr., of , which will conduct the auction at noon on Saturday, Dec. 3. The auction will take place at the property at 4850 South Ely, Kennewick.
"This property offers some of the best views in the Kennewick area, including an excellent view of the Canyon Lake Golf Course and Retirement Community," said Yarbro. "This is one of those rare locations where there is still growth, with about 20 quality homes going up within a half mile of the property," he said.
"Mr. Mott died just over a year ago at the age of 91, and his three daughters have warm memories of their time there, but they all agreed it is time to part with the estate," said Yarbro.
