Takedown Entertainment Signs Agreement With Real Pain Challenge of Bulgaria

() (OTCBB: TKDN), an authority in the business of mixed martial arts, is pleased to announce it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire worldwide distribution rights to past and future MMA fights with Real Pain Challenge, plus certain brand and sponsorship rights.
Real Pain Challenge, a mixed martial arts promotion under the direction of promoter Lubomir Guedjev, is considered the premier MMA organization in Bulgaria. Mr. Guedjev has previously held the position of manager of the Abu Dhabi Combat Club (ADCC), recognized for holding one of the most prestigious grappling tournaments in the world, the ADCC World Submission Fighting Championships. He was the first to establish and promote an MMA organization in the country of Bulgaria. Real Pain Challenge has featured some of Bulgaria's best national talent including UFC veterans Stanislav Nedkov, Jordan Radev, and Bellator Fighting Championships heavyweight competitor Blagoi Ivanov. The promotion's experienced leadership and extensive pool of Bulgarian talent has proven to be an equation for a successful mixed martial arts entertainment organization.
