ecoTECH Energy Group, Inc. Announces Successful Event at Jobs Fair for its Green Technology Industrial Park in McBride, BC, Canada
Company Facilitates up to 200 Permanent and Temporary Jobs at Event Beginning in Spring 2012
(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WASHINGTON -- (Marketwire) -- 11/16/11 -- ecoTECH Energy Group, Inc. (OTCBB: ECTH), headquartered in Seattle, WA, is pleased to announce that it hosted a Jobs Fair in the Village of McBride, BC Canada for the Company's Green Technology Industrial Park development around McBride. This was an ecoTECH event with support from the Economic Development Office of the Village of McBride, the ScotiaBank, the Robson Valley Home Support Society, The College of New Caledonia and McBride Realty Center Ltd. Mayor Mike Frazier was in attendance to offer his support to the project. ecoTECH fulfilled many of the 200 permanent and temporary jobs it was seeking to place beginning 2012. The breakdown of the positions is as follows; 140 jobs in construction over an 18 month period, 70 jobs in general construction, 48 jobs for the construction of the aquaculture systems and 2 jobs for the construction of the horticulture systems. Permanent positions are to include 74 jobs in aquaculture, 56 jobs in horticulture, 7 jobs in the 5-megawatt horticulture/ aquaculture Combined Heat and Power (CHP) energy generation, five jobs in vermiculture, 7 jobs in cold storage as well as 13 jobs in general labour positions.
