The company will now operate restaurants in three states: Massachusetts, New York and Connecticut.
The new Cheeseboy locations will open in the food courts of two high-traffic malls -- Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, NY and the Natick Mall in Natick, Mass.
Cheeseboy is known for their premium quality grilled cheese sandwiches, made to order and served quickly by a passionate cheese-loving team. In addition to offering affordable prices, with sandwiches starting at $3.29, Cheeseboy restaurants use fresh ingredients, including all-natural, specially made breads and premium cheeses sliced on premise. Customers can order one of Cheeseboy's signature sandwiches or make their own by choosing from four breads, five cheeses, and an array of fresh meat and vegetable toppings. A variety of hearty soups, snacks, desserts and drinks complete the menu.
