Leisureworld Announces November Dividend
(firmenpresse) - MARKHAM, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 11/15/11 -- Leisureworld Senior Care Corporation (TSX: LW) today announced that the Company's dividend for November, 2011 will be $0.0708 per share, representing $0.85 per share on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on December 15, 2011 to shareholders of record November 30, 2011.
Leisureworld's dividends are designated as eligible dividends for Canadian tax purposes in accordance with subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada), and any applicable corresponding provincial and territorial provisions.
