Awards First Territory Rights to Local Marketing and Sales Agency ALG Partnership Marketing

(TSX VENTURE: FUT) (the "Company") today announced that it has entered into an agreement with Atlanta based ALG Partnership Marketing (ALG) to initiate merchant recruitment efforts in Georgia. The Company has granted ALG the exclusive rights for the state of Georgia to market its merchant product offering that combines the Company's proprietary rewards issuance technology platform and the three leading frequent flyer programs it now has access to for the US marketplace with combined membership in excess of 120 million profiles.
