Avista Corp. Board Declares Common Stock Dividend
(firmenpresse) - SPOKANE, WA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/10/11 -- Avista Corp.'s (NYSE: AVA) board of directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.275 per share on the company's common stock. The common stock dividend is payable Dec. 15, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 1, 2011.
Avista Corp. is an energy company involved in the production, transmission and distribution of energy as well as other energy-related businesses. Avista Utilities is our operating division that provides electric service to 358,000 customers and natural gas to 317,000 customers.
