Tampa Restaurant, Office Condos in Tallahassee and Wilmington to Sell in Auctions
(firmenpresse) - REDINGTON, FL -- (Marketwire) -- 11/10/11 -- A restaurant in Tampa, home sites along the Emerald Coast, and office condominiums in Tallahassee and Wilmington, N.C., are among 22 commercial and residential properties set for two days of auctions beginning Nov. 30. will sell the properties in three separate events.
"We'll have some excellent commercial properties, as well as home sites in some really nice subdivisions, so those seeking real estate investments will have some real opportunities. All of these are being sold by a major regional bank seeking to reduce its holdings," said John Dixon, president of the auction company.
The auction will begin with concurrent auctions set for 1 p.m. (EST) Wednesday, Nov. 30 -- one in Bradenton, Fla., and the other in Wilmington, NC. The Bradenton event will feature a former Wild Wings restaurant on Anderson Road in Tampa, along with commercial land in Tampa and Naples. Forty acres of agricultural land with development potential near Fort Myers will also sell.
In Wilmington, bidders will gather at the Courtyard by Marriott for the auction of an office condominium, along with land and several home sites, including one on Bald Head Island.
At 11 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1, bidders will gather at the Holiday Inn Select in Panama City. That event will include an office condominium unit in the Exchange Building Office Building on South Monroe Street, Tallahassee.
"The office condo in Tallahassee is in a perfect location, right downtown near the state capitol. Some of the home sites in Panama City Beach are part of the Wild Heron subdivision -- an exclusive gated community on Powell Lake," said Dixon.
