Geo Finance Corporation (PINK SHEETS: GEFI) Partners For Acquisition of Texas Leases
(firmenpresse) - ARCHER COUNTY, TEXAS -- (Marketwire) -- 11/09/11 -- Geo Finance Corporation (PINK SHEETS: GEFI) is pleased to announce it has located a financial partner and secured the acquisition of the lease package in Wichita and Archer Counties, Texas.
As announced in the Press Release of August 15, the lease covers approximately 200 acres and contains 30 existing closed wells, along with one injection well. The Company conducted a detailed investigation and retained a petroleum geologist to determine the viability of reworking the present wells as well as examine the potential for new production from previously untapped zones.
Mr. Arnold, the CEO of Geo Finance Corporation states" Now that we have the assistance from a financial partner the acquisition has been secured and we will be putting this field into production as soon as possible." Mr. Arnold has an indirect interest in the financial partner.
